Where your order ships from
Bloomholm is an online-only brand. We do not operate retail stores. Orders are dispatched by our fulfilment partners, which may be located in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Asia depending on the product and your delivery country. The dispatch origin and the real delivery window in business days are stated on each product page before you buy.
Import duties and taxes
Bloomholm is a United States company shipping internationally. Prices shown at checkout do not include local import duties, taxes or customs handling fees.
Depending on your country and the value of your order, your customs authority may charge import VAT and duty on arrival. These charges are set by your local authority, are payable by the recipient, and are not something we can calculate or collect in advance. Your carrier will contact you if anything is due before delivery.
We do not mark parcels as gifts and we do not declare a lower value than what was paid.

Charges appear on your card or bank statement as BLOOMHOLM. If you see a different name, the charge is not ours — contact your bank and let us know at service@bloomholm.com.
Product information
We publish the actual dimensions in centimetres, the actual weight and the real material of every product we sell, together with a photograph showing it held in a human hand so that scale is clear before you buy. Each product page also states what the product does not do.

Our terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rights you hold in your country of residence. Nothing in our policies limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
